Remember when the Art Gallery had a lawn?
This is my new workspace in my 88sq ft bedroom. The desk sits only a comfortable 26 inches from my bed. The desktop is ikea’s Vika Furuskog table top for only $40. I sanded it and put a polyurethane coat over top. I then rounded the near corner with a jigsaw and sanded it out. it sits on an Ikea Micke Drawer unit sans wheels. i replaced the top of that unit with a black painted piece of plywood I fitted. atop sits my dell xps, new 24” lcd tv display, and my 22” dell monitor. Eames dsw replica from Nood. I topped off my chair with a sheep skin for warmth. In the near future, light grey paint will sit below the centre wall moulding around the entire room. photos will follow.
