Tillicum Bay Revival
This Sechelt Inlet project is a complete reimagining of a 1970s cabin, guided by the creative vision of homeowners. Their passion shaped every detail—from preserving and limbing the towering fir and cedar trees to open the inlet views, to infusing the home with the relaxed, modern energy of their favourite travel destinations. We maintained the original structure, added a defined entry overlooking a fish pond, and reused materials like the weathered cedar shakes, textured amber glass, and relocated entry door to honour the home’s past. Tall windows, multi-slide doors, and a custom cabana pool house create effortless indoor-outdoor living, while restored family furnishings and a sculptural cedar-clad loft ceiling bring warmth and personality to the interior. Since 2023, Landon Dix Projects ltd. is the new face of Landon Dix Design Studio.
We have grown to encapsulate full service project management, and detailed engagement throughout the construction process, and for this reason we felt that a “Design Studio” didn’t fully embrace what we are all about.
We will continue always to approach our projects from a design centric ideology, and are happy to assist you with design services and project management, or if you prefer just we can continue to provide you with just the design services only.
RLR Courtenay Office
The new location of RLR Lawyers was designed to bring a statement to the town of Courtenay in the Comox Valley. A town full of history, an indigenous core, and heritage buildings through most of the town. RLR was designed to bring modernity to both the law firm that has been around for over 40 years, and to the town that is growing in population quickly in particular with the rise in young-families moving to the area.

Landon Dix Projects ltd. is working to become a registered 2-5-10 builder at this time, however for our new construction projects we have build concrete relationships with trusted professionals within every trade to carry-out your project specific to your build’s needs, and work with various registered home builders to oversee your new home construction. We are here to ensure you have all of your questions answered, and feel comfortable about the process step-by-step (after we provide you an incredible design).
